There will be occasional outings. Near the time, details of these will be posted on the notice board, giving you more information. Your permission is required for your child to join these trips.

Homework Club
After School staff will help the children with their homework. There is no charge for this club.

Clothing
Your children are here to enjoy themselves and do not want to worry about getting their clothes dirty, so it is a good idea to keep a spare set of clothes at the Club.

Collecting Children
Please let us know in advance if a relative or friend is to collect your child any day. If we have not been informed by you that someone different is collecting your child, it is Kids’ Clubs policy not to allow your child to leave until we have contacted you to seek authorisation.

Where are the clubs held?
The After School Club assembles in the Infant School Hall and Reception children are collected from their classes. Children are then taken to St Monica’s wing of the school.
Holiday Club and Breakfast Club assemble in the new St Monica’s wing. Parents should come through the Junior playground to the side door.
We have the use of the Infant hall and access to the school playgrounds, including the new all-weather pitch.
